PAYMENT:
Pre-payment of 50% of the full holiday price to reserve the property; the 50%-balance being regulated by the 60th day before the beginning of the holiday (stay). If otherwise the booking occurs after the 60th day preceding the beginning of the holiday (stay) there will be no pre-payment and to pay the full amount is requested.
If the cancellation notification is received by the 60th day before the beginning of the stay, only the 50% pre-payment is forfeit. Thereafter, the total holiday price will have to be paid by the Client as a cancellation charge.
